Northeast ARC EI Cape Ann Groups

We are excited to continue this popular gymnastics class being offered in partnership with the Northeast Arc Early Intervention - Cape Ann and the Greater Beverly YMCA.

Gymnastics offers an opportunity for children to build strength, balance, coordination, and confidence as children learn to use their bodies to explore obstacle courses, balance beams, bars, and the trampoline.

This class is led by occupational therapists who have specialized knowledge in child development,
ensuring just right challenges to help your child reach their full potential in a fun, safe environment.

• Hands on parent participation is required to ensure the child’s safety as they navigate different equipment. Cell phone use in group is not permitted. All cell phones must be turned off, or to vibrate, during group and should remain in your bag or pocket.

• Have your child wear comfortable clothing they can easily move in.

• No food or drinks in gymnastics area. Snacks & drinks can be enjoyed out at the YMCA lobby.
